About

To the point

Flexible

Transparent

My name is Clément. After passing the Geneva bar exam, I spent the next five years in leadership roles at startups (first a legal tech; I then cofounded a prop tech one) and a real estate group. Among other responsibilities, I defined the legal strategy and implemented it in each of these companies, from day-to-day business (NDAs, commercial contracts, data protection, etc.) to fund raising, M&A and disputes.

I set up Legal Stuff in 2021 to give legal advice the way I think it should be: to the point, transparent and business oriented. I work with designers, craftsmen, startups, entrepreneurs as well as corporates to assist them with their legal - and sometimes strategic - matters.

I am active in the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland. I work in English, French and German.

Passionate about design and craftsmanship, I teach at and work with different institutions throughout Switzerland such as ECAL, HEAD, Schule für Gestaltung Biel Bienne, Pro Helvetia and the Design Days. I am also part of the Association for Rights in the Arts.

I firmly believe that ideas can and should be realised. I love projects that connect ecological considerations and business impact in particular and am involved in a range of them. Among others, I cofounded in 2021 a sustainable active wear company, Links Social Wear.

A keen sportsman, I love (trail) running and cycling, ski touring and mountain climbing. I also played volleyball at a national level.
